The purpose of the missions program of Calvary Baptist Church is to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8) by supporting the spread of the Gospel locally and unto the uttermost parts of the earth. The primary emphasis is the establishing of independent, fundamental, indigenous, local Baptist churches at home and abroad. A secondary consideration is the support of ancillary ministries—medical work, Bible institutes, translation, camps, tentmakers, and mission boards—that contribute directly to the planting of such churches.
