Stephen Stockton
Senior Pastor
Stephen and his family came to Calvary in June 2022 after serving churches in PA and NC. He holds degrees from Ambassador Baptist College, Maranatha Baptist Seminary, and Piedmont Divinity School, and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry at Maranatha. He and his wife Heather have been blessed with ten children. Stephen’s desire is to reach our community and beyond for Christ through the power of God’s Word.
Richard Leasure
Assistant to the Pastor
Rick has been a lifelong member of Calvary. A graduate of Bob Jones University in Accounting, he became Assistant to the Pastor in 1999, managing the finances of the church. He also leads the Senior Saints ministry and the New Beginnings adult Sunday school class. He and his wife Debbie raised three children and have five grandchildren.
Allen Helman
Youth Pastor
Allen is a third-generation, lifelong member of Calvary. A 2014 graduate of Bob Jones University in Christian Ministries, he became youth pastor in 2016 and also teaches and coaches in the academy. His desire is to help the next generation grow in their love and walk with God. He and his wife Amanda have two sons.
Mark Plants
Academy Administrator
Mark has served the Lord in Christian education and youth work since 1985. He completed a B.S. in Secondary Education and Bible and served seventeen years at Grace Bible Church and Christian School before coming to Calvary, where he also serves as a deacon, usher, and adult Sunday school teacher. He and his wife Pam have two daughters and four grandchildren.
Cindy Nelson
Church Secretary
Cindy serves our church family in the office, helping keep the ministries of Calvary running smoothly and warmly welcoming those who call or stop by.
Jeff Fleming
Music Director
Jeff has ministered in music at Calvary since first attending in 1978. He taught at Calvary Baptist Academy, earned a Computer Science degree, and worked at REA Energy for 24 years. In 2021 he became the part-time Music Director. He enjoys teaching Sunday school and time with his five children and seven grandchildren.
